The Future of Patient Communication in Chiropractic Care

As patient expectations continue to evolve, chiropractic practices are looking for smarter ways to enhance the patient experience while improving operational efficiency.

The future of practice growth lies in creating seamless communication at every stage of the patient journey.

Adit is an all-in-one integrated platform designed to help chiropractic offices streamline operations and strengthen patient relationships. By bringing together essential tools such as cloud based phones, online scheduling, two way texting, automated appointment reminders, digital forms, review management, and payment solutions, practices can manage critical workflows from a single platform.

Artificial intelligence is also beginning to reshape how practices engage with patients. Adit's AI Front Desk helps ensure patients receive timely responses to appointment requests and common inquiries, including after hours interactions, allowing staff to focus on delivering exceptional in office experiences.

Additionally, AI Call Intelligence provides valuable insights into patient conversations by identifying trends and missed opportunities, helping teams improve responsiveness, optimize performance, and make more informed business decisions.

Technology should enhance, not replace, the personal connections that define chiropractic care. By embracing integrated solutions like Adit, practices can improve efficiency, elevate the patient experience, and support sustainable growth in an increasingly digital world.

Joke of the week.

My chiropractor said I have an 'Oregon' Back. It's because it has a BEND right in the middle!

Due to budget cuts, Missouri Medicaid will no longer cover chiropractic care starting in July.

This decision will impact over 15,000 Medicaid patients who currently receive chiropractic services.

The state Department of Social Services claims that this cut is necessary to offset the rising costs of Medicaid and ensure the sustainability of the program.

Chiropractors are expressing concern over the impact this will have on their practices and on patients who rely on chiropractic care for pain management and other health benefits.

The Shocking Truth About The "Local Map Leak"

Visibility Where It Matters
By Courtney Kostelecky

When consumers search for a service "near me," Google populates the "Local Pack" which is the top  three map listings that dominate the screen.

An optimized profile with correct categorization, a precise service area, and regular activity signals relevance to Google's algorithm, pushing your business into this high-visibility real estate.

Just because you google yourself and you think you are at the top, you probably aren't. Businesses as little as a block away could be getting the business.

Most people treat their profile like a listing. They fill it out once (but probably not correctly) and then leave it alone, posting an occassional new picture.

The reality is that if a profile goes 30 days without an update, Google will treat that business as non-relevant.

Google wants to recommend businesses that are updated. It shows that you care about your business.

Aftere 2 week, you'll notice your ranking slip, and after 30 days without a relevant update, you have a good chance of falling to page 2.

An up-to-date profile builds immediate consumer trust, by accurately displaying your holiday hours, uploading real team photos, and responding to EVREY review.

Fully optimized profile averages four times more website visits and a lot more direct calls.

Because it's my birthday this week, I'm doing a free Google Business Profile Audit.

I've made a short video that explains everything, AND the special ONE TIME pricing.

The article discusses how instead of relying on supplements, people can incorporate certain foods into their diets to meet their nutritional needs.

These foods include leafy greens for iron, citrus fruits for vitamin C, fatty fish for omega-3 fatty acids, and yogurt for probiotics.

By making these dietary changes, individuals can obtain essential nutrients in a more natural and effective way than through supplements.
